Engr. Ijaoye Dare, COO at Leverage Fresh Limited, brings over 11 years of extensive experience in engineering, operations, and management across diverse industries.
His expertise spans production, supply chain, procurement, and plant maintenance in agribusiness, FMCG, power generation, and facility management.
An associate member of the Institute of Strategic Management, he holds certifications in automation, instrumentation, and project management.
Prior to his current role, he served as Plant Manager at Farmforte Agro and Allied Limited, overseeing the installation of significant processing facilities.
With a proven track record at companies like WACOT Rice Limited and Nigeria Bottling Company, he excels in driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives.
Tunde Okunola, Project Lead.
Tunde Okunola holds a Bachelor’s degree in Plant Science and Biotechnology, earning First Class Honours from Ekiti State University where he graduated top of his class. Having actively engaged in numerous training programs and seminars conducted by reputable institutions such as Nihort, Soilless Farm Lab, and the Botanical Society of Nigeria, Tunde has honed his skills and expanded his knowledge base in the field of agriculture and biotechnology
Tunde commenced his career journey at Leverage Seeds Limited, where he served as Executive Assistant to the CEO. Building upon his foundation at Leverage Seeds Limited, Tunde currently serves as the Project Lead at Leverage Fresh Limited, Nigeria. With a passion for education, he also contributes to pedagogical endeavours in the agricultural sector.
Victor Oladipo, Sustainability Manager
Victor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Plant Science and Master of Philosophy in Seed Science and Technology from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria.
He has over 10 years experience in maize breeding research, rice, soybean, wheat, sorghum, pearl millets, cowpea and vegetable seeds research and production. He has in-depth knowledge of Crop Breeding, Agronomy, Crop Physiology, Seed Systems, Seed Science and Technology.
He has attended several trainings, seminars and conferences organized by CORAF/WECRAD, International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) and International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center (CIMMYT).
He has worked as the Team Lead, Extra-Early Maturing Maize Breeding Program (IITA), Research and Knowledge Impact Associate, Sustainable Futures in Africa, First Technical University Ibadan, Production Manager before his current position as Team Lead, Research and Product Development, SeedCo Nigeria.
Adebisi Opeyemi graduated from Olabisi Onabanjo University where she studied crop improvement and genetics. She is the founder of Pemnia Wellness, registered company which specializes in addressing Vitamin A deficiency through processing and packaging of biofortified Orange fleshed sweet potatoes (OFSP) by products for domestic and International market. She is currently a graduate research intern at the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) and a Communication/PR manager at Leverage Fresh Limited. She is a certified SDG Advocate, Scrum Master, a data science enthusiast and a volunteer for non-governmental organizations working toward sustainable development objectives on community development projects.
